Healthy Juices!

Did you know every time you are drinking fruit juices, you are not aware of all the sugar you are putting in your body. But I, Zoya, have done some research that concludes that citrus juices provide more nutrients per calorie than fruit juices. So when you go grocery shopping think about your health.  I encourage you to take this step in your health to drink better juices! I also recommend pomegranate juices - they are one of the kings and queens of juices of juices all around the world. So I say take a step in drinking healthy juices. I know I will!

And you should still drink LOTS more water because there is such a thing as too much juice - even if IT IS healthy juice. Also remember that you can also have other juices that are less healthy as long as you don't have them too often.
