Interview with Brian a nutritionist

We interviewed Brian, a nutritionist who visited Community Roots, and he gave us some important information about being healthy:
He recommended that you should eat things like berries (specifically goji berries but all berries are healthy) He also recommended that you should eat leafy green vegetables like broccoli, spinach, and celery.
He said you can get these at any health food store. ( e.g. Trader joes, or Whole Foods, any health food store.)

He also gave us some more statistics......
46% of Americans are obese and there is an epidemic of diabetes, obesity, and heart disease
