The Kale Chips Recipe

Here is a healthy Kale Chip Recipe that we got from a friend:


KALE CHIPS RECIPE

Ingredients:

-Kale
- Olive Oil
-Salt and Pepper
-Garlic Powder
-Hot Pepper Powder (optional)
-baking sheet

1.Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
2.Pull the Kale off the stem and break into bite-sized pieces.
3.Put the Kale in a metal bowl.
4.Lightly coat the Kale in oil and put salt, garlic and pepper on it.
5.Spread out the Kale on the baking sheet and put it into the oven for 10 minutes or until crispy.
6.ENJOY!!

  1. We eat these all the time and we absolutely love them. We have never tried it with the seasoning before, so that is something new to do. I would recommend that you wash and dry your Kale leaves before cooking (LOL). Also, I agree that you should only lightly coat with oil. If you put too much, the leaves take too long to crisp and then they are very oily and don't taste as good.
