Some of our friends talked again with nutritionist Brian and he gave us a lot of great tips but one great tip that he gave us was to sing a happy song at least once a day. He said this will help you be healthy!
You can sing ANY song but some examples we like are:
I you are happy and you know it clap your hands...row row row your boat gently down the steam ...
twinkle twinkle little star how i wonder what you are...
