Fruits and Veggies!

Hello, I have some information for you today about fruits and veggies!  Fruits and veggies are not only healthy for you and you body, but they are important too because your body needs nutrients and veggies give your body that.  I know we are talking about fruits and veggies but I want to tell you about vitamins also.  Fruits and veggies are good for you and so are vitamins and they both help you get fit.  Eating lots of fruits and veggies gives your body vitamins!  You can also take a daily vitamin.  

Now I will tell you some fruits and veggies that are good for you:

  • fresh berries - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, goji berries
  • frozen berries
  • carrots, sweet potatoes, yams, onions, beets
  • leafy greens - kale, collards, chards, arugula, spinach, bok choy, broccoli rabe
Below is the web sight that shows you the two most fresh fruit and veggies that you should eat different seasons and months. The best fruits and veggies to eat this month, May, are potatoes and limes. Be sure to try them while they're fresh this month!
