COLD YOGURT OATMEAL

Hello my name is Zoya!  Today I am going to tell you a  recipe that is great to eat during the day - it's called Cold Yogurt Oatmeal!!!!!!

Here is what you need to make it...

  1. 1 cup steel cut oats 
  2. 2 tbsp. raw cacao nibs
  3. 1/2 cup blueberries
  4. 1/4 cup gogi berries
  5. 3/4 cup kefir
  6. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Cook your oats as instructed on the box. Typically 3 parts water to 1 parts oats for 15-20 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well, and let come to the room temp. Seal up in a container and put in refrigerator. As it gets cold it will become nice and firm. Snack!! Simple.
