QUICK AND EASY HUMMUS

HEY! It's Zoya i'm going to tell you a amazing recipe that you can use with carrots, crackers and much more...

You will need...

  • 1 Can of organic chick peas (garbanzo beans)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. tahini 
  • pinch of sea salt 
  • pinch of fresh pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallion
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Place chick peas, tahini, salt, and pepper in a food processor or high-powered blender. Run on medium until desired consistency. Drizzle the olive oil and squeeze the lemon in while processing.  Remove from the processor and stir in scallions. Enjoy!! It is simple!!

Serve with fresh veggie sticks,whole grain crackers, whole grain pita, or whatever else healthy you like!!!!!!!!!
