The Effects of Diabetes

We as a blog for health and fitness have mostly talked about fitness but now we are going to talk about a serious disease. It is diabetes.

Here are the 2 types of diabetes that I, Morenike, researched -

Type 1 diabetes:
When you have type 1 diabetes your body does not make insulin.
Insulin controls sugar in the blood and if your body doesn't have insulin you blood sugar can get too high or low.

Type 2 diabetes:
Type 2 diabetes is known as late onset diabetes and is the most common; it makes up 85-95% of diabetes cases.
It can appear due to lifestyle factors in people who are overweight, have high blood pressure, and poor diet. This info is from:

If you look at this picture it shows how much sugar you drink when you drink a can of coke , a regular bottle of coke, and an even bigger bottle of coke. You might want to consider how much sugar this soda or any unhealthy thing has. I would also recommend for you to not drink or eat something unhealthy constantly because your blood sugar can get too high.
But be sure you don't eat none at all, if you have too little blood sugar that is also bad for your body.
